Super reconditioned. Only one apparent cosmetic detail, but this was mentioned as soon as the (original!) box was opened. All programmes work perfectly.

Super happy with my new machine. It's brand new, only the packaging was a bit damaged. Great price, great machine, great experience. Plus super fast delivery. I got the machine the day after I bought it.

Very good machine, excellent condition. The coffee is also excellent! I'm very satisfied so far.

Product lived up to my expectations, easy to use, good coffee. One small problem with the tracking of parcels: the link given in the first place sent me to a site in Spanish which indicated that the product had been presented but not received...in reality the product was in the process of being delivered, steps were taken thinking that delivery had not been possible but everything was back in order.

Perfect! Until now, I'd only ordered phones and tablets from Back Market. My parents also gave it to us as a gift, so they kept the new one for themselves, and there's nothing to say about it compared to the new one I bought in the shop, it's perfect and works without a hitch!

Fine handling. Delivery is also fine. Just a lot of extra mails about backgrounds of Back Market. Of course, the idea is ok. Only the discount is less in this case than the price difference. With a regular Nespresso machine, you get a discount for ordering cups. You cannot claim that when buying via Back Market. You don't get part of that value deducted from the purchase price.

The model is beautiful, elegant, robust and with a lot of presence! Very nice! Its operation is easy, adequate and correct! Very satisfied with this purchase, we highly recommend the product and backmarket.
