3.1/5I've returned a faulty iPhone and have received no response from either the seller or Back market customer care as to it's status. it arrived at the sellers ten days ago and I have no idea what is going on, apart from the thought that I've been scammed. There is no way of speaking to someone at Back market, you have to converse online, which they guarantee they will reply to within 24 hours. 4.5/5Very nervous about ordering a refurbished iPhone but after making the decision I am delighted! Beautiful phone. Looks like new. Not a mark anywhere. Still finding my way around it after changing from Samsung which I had for years. But glad I changed as family all have iPhones and it helps that they and we (being old folk) can keep track of each other when out and about. 4.1/5J aurais pu mettre les 5 étoiles mais… tout d abord j ai choisi un modèle en parfait état. Livraison rapide, je reçois une jolie boîte sous blister. Franchement top, surtout pour offrir. À l’ouverture, en effet l’appareil ne présente aucun défaut et depuis kk jours qu’il est très sollicité, il tourne comme une horloge. Alors pourquoi une étoile en moins ? Tout simplement parce qu’avant de constater que l’appareil était en parfait état, il a. Fallu le nettoyer. Ça gâche un peu m expérience. Mon fils de 13 qui déballe son premier iPhone, même s’il savait que c était reconditionné, il s est retrouvé avec un téléphone degueulasse dans les mains aussi bien recto que verso. Tache, trace… il a fallu le nettoyer en profondeur avant de constater qu’il était en bon état. Je trouve ça un peu limiteiPhone SE (2022) 128 Go - Minuit - DébloquéPurchased on the 19 December 2023
