It far exceeded all my expectations with regard to the condition. In fact it looks brand new! Everything is true to the description. Nice unlocked Iphone 8 plus, I was able to get all my photos etc back from my old Iphone 6 plus whose battery exploded. Luckily my son-in-law had removed the SIM card when the battery started behaving strangely just after 1 January!

Received with case, screen protector glass, cord and bottle opener (smart card drawer). No scratches visible or on the casing. All good. A stroke of luck? I have a small reservation about the lack of information before purchase about the origin of the device and its reconditioning. This one comes from Rome, I learnt after ordering ... so, viva Italia. Phew!

There was absolutely nothing to complain about in this mobile phone. It's the second mobile phone I've bought here. Because the first one was so perfect, I was convinced that the second one would not disappoint me either. I can only recommend buying from BackMarket to anyone.

I phone 8S. Was in as new condition, needed a charge and the battery seems to last a day if used lightly. Transferred from my old phone quickly and without glitches. For the price I’m really really pleased, thanks.

My umpteenth purchase via backmarket and I'm still not disappointed! The item corresponds completely to the description and my expectations. The delivery was fast, so for the moment everything is fine (I hope it lasts 🤞).

The phone arrived in two days flat, securely packaged, with a new charge cable and the paperclip tool for the SIM tray. Condition was very good, with just a couple of small scratches on the edge. Unfortunately there was no SIM tray. Luckily I was replacing an identical phone with a broken screen, so I just transferred the old tray to the new phone. So it wasn't too big a problem for me, but it seems like quite an oversight, sending out a phone with an empty SIM tray slot.
