I was really pleased with my purchase. I have never bought a refurbished phone before but I can highly recommend. Backmarket were great suppliers and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

iPhone arrives 2 days early. Well packaged, in its original box, and well protected. I have to admit that I had my doubts about the fact that it was reconditioned but I don't regret my purchase. I really recommend this application.

Excellent service in terms of product delivery, I just don't understand why on my iPhone 16 updated to iOS 18.4.1 there is no Apple intelligence and therefore among other things also the 'clean up' function on photos..... I've looked on the internet and can't find a solution....

iPhone 16 arrived quickly. A little disappointed because I ordered a premium and it arrived with a slight scratch on the screen ... for the rest nothing to complain, this is my third purchase in a few years and I am generally very satisfied.
