    The price was great and although I had a problem with my screen, it was sort in record time. I hadn’t heard of the company before buying this iPad, but wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending to friends and family.

    Quick delivery, iPad is in excellent condition as described with the small scratch on the logo. No charger included but the lead only. Bought for 529 euro for my teenager. It's working smoothly and quick. I bought also iPad cover case and stand(2 in 1) with keyboard(even it is touch screen) for convenience and keeping it safe. Would trust seller description and would buy a touch pen for iPad in the future.

    Prodotto arrivato prima del previsto. A vista e anche nel primo approccio di configurazione (tenendo conto che ho già altri dispositivi Apple) non diresti mai che è ricondizionato. Funzioni eccellenti. Estetica solo qualche piccolo segno di usura ma per niente rilevante. Davvero un ottimo prodotto !

    Bin mit der Qualität des ‚refurbishten‘ iPad 10. Generation sehr zufrieden, keine Gebrauchsspuren, keine Mängel, guter Zustand des Akkus (offenbar ausgetauscht worden, da Ladeleistung über 100%!!), sehr schnelle Lieferung. Vielen Dank auch an den Partner aus Holland.

    Sceptiques au départ quant au reconditionnement et la seconde main pour des produits technologiques de ce type, convaincus nous sommes au final ! Très bonne expérience chez Back Market : les mails relatifs à la commande sont réguliers et bien venus, la livraison a été rapide, le paquet très bien emballé. La tablette est, comme indiqué, comme neuve et ne présente aucun défaut visuel. Elle n’a pas encore été mise en route car c’est un cadeau de Noël, alors nous attendons la suite de cette expérience dans quelques jours, avec confiance. La tablette est présentée dans une boîte semblable à celle d’une neuve, avec son chargeur. Très belle expérience ! Merci !

    Tablette bien reçu, et même en avance ! Elle était très bien protégée, par deux cartons eux mêmes renforcés par des emballages pour sa sécurité. J'avais un peu peur que le carton soit très abîmé par le voyage mais il n'a pas eu un seul dégât ! Le vendeur a été super sympa en ajoutant une prise USB-C en plus du câble (que je n'avais pas et que je prévoyais d'acheter en plus). Par contre seul petit bémol c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de coque de protection ou de protège écran en plus, mais bon ça ça dépend vraiment du vendeur sur lequel on tombe ;) Au niveau de la tablette, elle marche parfaitement bien, pas une seule rayure des deux côtés, et la batterie tient super bien ! A voir avec le temps comment elle tient. Sinon le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment excellent (achetée pour 619 euros en parfait état). Ce n'est pas la première fois que je commande chez Back Market (deux téléphones déjà achetés sur ce site) et mes avis étaient à chaque fois positifs. Je conseille fortement ce reconditionneur !

    Ipad nuevo completamente aún mantiene la garantía con apple de un año por ahora funciona perfectamente. Muy contenta con la compra volveré a comprar reacondicionados.

    Why pay the new price when you can get s refurbished ipad which is indistinguishable from a new model. And it arrived quickly and well packaged. Highly recommended.
