The iMac screen/processor is good. Communication above par very informative and helpful prior to delivery. Packaging & delivery good. Really disappointed and very surprised, keyboard & mouse not Apple products, both are Usb A connectors while Mac has four USB C. Mouse has Usb A dongle, keyboard is wired but with USB A. Not good enough. Not good enough

2 issue 1 factory packaging is perfect than refurbishment packging, when you buy something new it would be packed and protected in a perfect way. I would advice you to pack items the same way as it was made and sold initially. Secondly no telephone to contact it is just email
