Although the phone is refurbished there were several in perfection on the sides of the phone as small deep cracks according to relatives to me is the phone itself that is like that but sincerely I do not think. If not perfect the phone works perfectly!

Super offer! Fast delivery! The Huawei P30 I bought is in good condition. Unfortunately, the camera glass is so badly scratched that you can only take blurred photos. You can get the replacement part for 10 euros, but unfortunately I have to do the repair myself - the refurbisher could have done it!

I bought a Huawei P30 in "very good" condition. The smartphone was delivered within two days. The condition was impeccable. No scratches on the display. After intensive examination, I discovered two very, very small scratches on the casing, which are not worth mentioning. The battery life of the smartphone is very good. I am very satisfied. Gladly again.

The device ordered, a Huawei P30 smartphone, could not have been reconditioned as it had retained its access code and was therefore unusable. The return, the same day, arrived very quickly at the seller's and the refund was made within 2 days.

1st time I've bought a reconditioned phone. Getting it up and running was tricky, and I had to ask for help from a phone repair shop. However, once the phone was up and running, I was very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the photos is incredible. The only downside was the sound, which wasn't great. Back Market is an excellent dealer in reconditioned products, there's no doubt about it, the machine is well honed, and behind the hyper-efficient shop window, behind the 'cool' identity it gives itself, lies a likely future formidable leader of the now trendy 'resurrected products' market. All this commands respect, and I'd like to take my hat off to the people who work hard every day to make sure it all works properly, but, because there is a but, as a customer I can't help but express a certain dissatisfaction after receiving my latest purchase from the site. I paid for an appliance that was supposed to be 'as good as new', with no scratches whatsoever, but I have to admit that it does have a few - nothing too serious, of course, but there are scratches all the same. I also made a choice of colour for my future purchase, but this was not respected, it's even written black and white on the box. I asked for blue, and when I saw "pearly" on the label, I saw red! I'm going to give it a miss this time, as the scratches will soon be masked by a protective shell, and luckily the pearlescent finally suits me better than the blue I'd chosen. But with claims like that, can you serious...

Eventually received item 10 days after order. I was informed it was despatched on 9th Apr, actually posted on 15th Apr and received on 17th! Then when received it was black instead of the blue ordered! Very disappointed. The good points are the phone was excellent condition and technically ok, same spec as advertised and good value for money.

The phone works well. But it has a few minor design flaws. In general, I find that Back market's descriptions of the performance of the devices are too succinct.

I know this phone like the back of my hand, but the last 2 I bought from you only lasted one. Each time the phone switched itself off every minute... After the price I remain a loyal customer
