I am writing this review 4 years after buying my Huawei p20 Pro. What can I say, outstanding! Assuming that I always keep my phones with care (don't drop them, try not to let the battery drop below 20% etc.), my huawei is still as good as new! It doesn't give the slightest sign of breaking down. EVER. And it's always on. I've only turned it off once or twice.... I can only recommend Backmarket. Super experience. After a month of use, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Like new. The only downside is that I bought a dual sim and received a single sim... Unfortunate for the traveller in me who uses several sims at the same time and I didn't have the time to report it to have it changed before my departure. Apart from that the phone is great, I'd recommend it.

To replace my 2018 P20 Pro, what could be better than a refurbished P20 Pro - it's cheaper than a repair! There are even little things that the old one didn't have The deliveryman understood that it was an emergency, delivered on time with a smile 😁

Phone is impeccable! The device itself is absolutely excellent, performs wonderfully though the camera is unreliable in quality and is running a version of android 10 that, in fairness, is still receiving feature updates. Screen is nice, unlocks lightning fast which can be appreciated considering the nightmare of certain in screen fingerprint sensors. I was very concerned for the battery, since this is a phone released in early 2018.. and it's now late 2023. I'm happy to report that was undoubtedly sorted out in the refurbishment of this phone and it lasts splendidly; waking up at 7am, enduring light-medium use until I charge it at 1am the next morning at around 5%. One thing to note: there is NO WIRELESS CHARGING. Might not be a big deal to some, but for me, moving from iPhone back to Android, I felt this a little. Not to worry though, its USB C port can handle fast charging speeds and takes full advantage of my 45-watt laptop charger! Absolute ZERO performance issues past setting up where you are bombarded with bloatware, and I play a fair few heavy CPU games like Flycorp and Minecraft at high video settings. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoy having an LED notification ligh...

P20 pro purchased in perfect condition, as expected. A small downside is that the screen has been changed and is not super adapted to it > logo next to the camera slightly hidden, and the 4 corners very rounded compared to normal

Hello, it's taken me a while to reply as I've only just got it up and running. Very good overall, I'm satisfied, the only downside is the battery, which is struggling to last a whole day without recharging. I thought it would perform better. Here you go

friends from Back Market, I trust you so much, given several previous purchases that were always satisfactory, that I made this order in advance to take it to my daughter in Brazil...where I won't be going for another two months, so for the moment I have no opinion, the items are in their boxes.... and have arrived safely at home!
