Opened it up and it hadn't been air dusted inside (hairs and dust from previous use) which seems like a minimum for a "refurbished unit". But has run well and happy with the performance for the price.

Very good experience with back market I highly recommend, the computer we bought is in excellent condition as if it was brand new, and works perfectly. (Windows 10 pro) However, I can't upgrade to Windows 11, the processor is too old, although before ordering the device I asked the Back Market service department and they confirmed that I could upgrade to Windows 11, not cool and not professional. A small commercial gesture would be welcome for future purchases, thank you.

Item conforms, good price, But motherboard battery dead after 3 days. For the price of a battery, it would be wise to change them when repackaging!

Product works very well, the only problem is that when you buy it you are not told whether the ram is in 1 slot of 8gb or 2x4gb, in my case the ram is 2x4gb, I would have preferred to have an 8gb ram strip so that I only had to buy 1 other 8gb strip in order to have 16gb for the pc. Please take note to tell the future buyer if it's 1 or 2 or more bars for the ram because it's quite important. Have a nice day,

Super fast delivery. Condition is just like brand new. This desktop is one of the quickest I've owned to date. Pc loads in 15 seconds and barely if any load times between opening applications and browsing.

The product works perfectly! Ultra fast. The only downside was that the front USB ports were out of line with the case, but that's a minor problem.

I was very pleased with the purchase, 100% working, fast delivery and in great condition, and I'm glad I'm using a reconditioned one and thus helping to pollute the planet less. I'd definitely recommend it.

Hello everyone, The device has arrived undamaged, no scratches, so perfect. The PC was put into operation with a different operating system. It runs flawlessly and is very quiet. I do have one complaint: Unfortunately, the CMOS battery was flat, which repeatedly meant that settings had to be made in the BIOS. After replacing this battery, everything works fine.
