Hello, I am delighted with my reconditioned HP Elitebook. Shipping was impeccable with UPS, and fast too, good order tracking. This is the first time I've ordered from Back Market, and frankly it's perfect! The computer is what I expected, and it's in superb condition! Just a few small problems with the keyboard, the "ctrl" key on the left doesn't work, and I haven't managed to update it or find the problem. But I have the same key on the right, which works. A few little bugs elsewhere on the keyboard, but that's it, refurbishing isn't quite turnkey, it requires a bit of handling and updates, and other checking installations! In short, it's OK now. Also, I absolutely wanted to buy from a French-speaking vendor for easy follow-up in case of a problem, which is silly, but I'm thinking that maybe I should think about it! So I recommend this seller, in terms of quality and delivery! Honestly, everything is great! Elise.

Order a laptop ( HP EliteBook 850 G3 15" Core i5 2.4 GHz - SSD 512 Go - 16 Go ) The device is perfect Received in 2 days perfectly packed in a cardboard box and huge bubbles in its bag with more bubbles. Everything perfect, fast and correct shipping, safe packaging. The laptop just has a small scratch that is not appreciated almost nothing, everything works perfectly, the truth that much better than I expected in terms of appearance of the product, 100% recommended if you do not want to spend a lot of money on a good team, goes like a shot for home use more than enough.

The laptop is as advertised. It is clean and apart from a few marks the keyboard and screen are impeccable. I had a few problems with the web because of a phishing attack but the helpdesk was very efficient and was able to help me resolve the problem. The service is really up to scratch.

I was very happy when it arrived because although I chose the cheapest model which is the correct one, the condition of the laptop was almost as good as new. Although the laptop was very good the keyboard was not in Spanish as it appeared in the advert, they send it to you with stickers so you can put them on yourself.
