The phone arrived quicker than expected. It replaces an exact same phone, with which I have become accustomed and am very pleased with. It's a great phone, and robust, with an excellent camera. I've lost count of how many times I've dropped it and it still works but the speaker has broken, now, and charging it has become difficult and fiddly, so it was time for a replacement, and it was a case of 'better the devil you know', and it was good value on Backmarket. Sorry, I don't do 'awesome' (yuck) so you get a pretty good...which means that I am VERY pleased.

The product arrived quickly and was in a neat condition. The product heats up faster than other phones I have used.

I am using Honor for yeras. This is the best "old" device in this family. My phone is absolutely flawless and very nice. I am very satisfied! I will use it as long as it lasts

The jack didn't work. I didn't send the item back as I absolutely needed a phone at the time.
