New to Back Market. Was looking for high-end tablet and happy to buy used in good condition to cut down on waste. Great service and product. I've already recently recommended.

I jumped at the chance when I saw a tablet in 'perfect condition' for the same price as one in 'fair condition' from other retailers on the app. I wasn't expecting much, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Delivered the day after I ordered, no visible defects and works perfectly. Delivered in its original box, with the stylus and the complete charger (cable + case). They even gave me a protective shell with it! Absolutely adorable. Its only fault will be its colour (I had no choice but to get it in blue) but this little detail won't stop me enjoying it to the full! 100% recommended

I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one! I'm very happy and I'll be using them again, many thanks 😊

Order placed during the weekend, received on Tuesday from Estonia, nothing to complain about. I was a bit worried about the delivery with FEDEX but it was impeccable. The tablet is as described, not a single splendid scratch. I would have given it 5 stars especially as I was supplied with a charger, which I wasn't expecting, but alas the refurbisher either forgot or didn't see fit to fit the S PEN supplied as standard with the tablet. As a result, I'm giving it 2 stars less, because given the price of the tablet, I wouldn't have minded not having a charger, rather than having to buy another S PEN (almost 60 euros on the SAMSUNG website... In conclusion, an almost perfect experience, but one that was ruined by what some might consider a minor detail, but a minor detail at 60 euros all the same... I requested assistance today, and if this problem is solved, I'll have no problem changing my rating.

The delivery was quick as always and the product is certainly of high quality, but I still haven't fully understood how it works, which is nothing like the Galaxy Tab. Another little thing - you'd have to inform your refurbishers that not everyone is fluent in Austrian German, in my case for example, so it's a bit difficult to get to grips with it for the first time.

Fast delivery, product conforms to the description and condition indicated. I've already bought 2 smartphones, this is my 3rd refurbished and I'm still as satisfied as ever. I have nothing to complain about.

I waited several days before submitting my review to see if everything was in order. I picked it up in like-new condition and indeed, it's completely like new, no worries, solid battery. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I'm taking the time to write this message for those of you who, like me, are very hesitant about buying refurbished. For my part, I am satisfied, and it was packaged in such a way that it would not suffer any damage during shipping (which was what I was most afraid of). The poducto in very good condition, brought including the case with keyboard pencil and a memory card in its compartment, the truth is that great very happy with this purchase, the only thing that says it is 5G and is not 5G, but this detail does not matter to me because the truth was not going to use it with the sim, only with the WiFi, just to point out the detail
