This is the 4th refurbished smartphone I have purchased and this time too I was satisfied with both the delivery time and the item delivered. If I really have to find a small fault, the battery performance is not the best.

I was rather sceptic about refurbished items. But this phone I ordered was without scratches n fairly clean which was beyond my expectation. My wife broke her S9+ n she was quite pleased with this replacement. Only comment from her was the battery 'seemed' to deplete quicker than her previous. Delivery was quick. Considered value for money. Thanks.

The item is in absolutely perfect condition, you cannot tell if it is brand new or has been refurbished. I wanted this particular mobile, even though it hasn't been made for a few years, and this was absolutely the perfect opportunity to get it at a very low price. Thus the quality/price ratio is incredibly good value.

Set-up was uncomplicated. A light, beautiful design. Easy to use even for inexperienced users. It is the successor mobile phone and we are satisfied. Great value for money, compliments to BackMarket! Purchase transaction and goods top!

I bought a second-hand S9+ for my daughter. The phone was delivered in good to very good condition - as described. However, I had to buy several phones as the purchase was always cancelled shortly after purchase due to unavailability. This phone was also cancelled, but it was delivered anyway. This is all very confusing and should be improved. Otherwise, everything is fine and I would be happy to use it again.

The phone was received extremely quickly and well packaged. It was also of a very high standard, virtual no scratches despite being classed as good. Totally delighted with it - it was a gift for my sister and with a phone case I purchased looks brand new. Great phone, its the S9 plus, I have a S9 which is 5 years old and keeps going so this is why I chose this phone. Highly recommend this company!

perfect smartphone! but delivery very complicated! with a deliveryman who demands a code that he hasn't received and then doesn't turn up when the code has finally been sent... I gave up on home delivery and went to pick it up at a relay point! whereas on the 1st day, the deliveryman had my parcel in his hand... infuriating! I didn't have that much to do chasing after a parcel!

It is now the second smartphone I buy from Back Market, and this one also works fine. I had bought a device that was listed as excellent and externally, I have not been able to detect a scratch and the device works properly. I am satisfied.
