    Samsung S23 phone arrived faulty. While its appearance was pristine, the basic phone feature - the microphone was not functioning. It was very disappointing, as I spent a day customising the phone and transferring the data, and all the other time I spent in research. Had to send the phone back. The item return was smooth,free, got the refund within company's set time line with no further messing which is good.

    The cell phone came with the installation of an android beta, which at the time of transferring the data from my previous cell phone to the new one, a problem arose and not only the data transfer was not completed correctly, but the Android operating system was corrupted. Luckily I am a person who deals with this type of problem, and I downloaded a new firmware and installed it, leaving it functional. I don't know if I would buy again or recommend this site.

    Je viens de recevoir mon Galaxy S23. Première impression, l'appareil est très bien emballé. Deuxième impression, le téléphone a été livré dans son emballage Samsung d'origine. Il se révèle en parfait état. Seule la batterie avait besoin d'une petite charge pour effectuer le transfert de mes données et applications, merci Smart Switch. En résumé, je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Merci à Vous et au reconditionneur. C'est mon deuxième achat sur BackMarket, Super Pro.

    Le Galaxy S23 est effectivement en parfait état, et est très agréable à utiliser. Reprendre un Samsung après une dizaine d'années avec d'autres marques était un défi pas évident à relever, mais le S23 tient ses promesses en cette première quinzaine. L'idée du reconditionné ouvre tellement de portes, avec l'important sentiment d'agir à son échelle pour la préservation des ressources.

    J'ai d'abord hésité de prendre un téléphone de cette valeur sur BackMarket mais, je suis au finale totalement satisfaite de mon achat. Le téléphone était prévue d'arriver le lendemain mais comme c'était un jour férié il est arrivé après le week-end. Cela ne m'a pas du tout déranger. Le téléphone est arrivé bien emballé dans une petite boîte avec un câble usb B vers usb c sans bloc d'alimentation. Comme le smartphone est une version coréenne certaines applications comme l'app native pour envoyer des sms ne fonctionne pas, où du moins je n'ai pas réussi à la programmer correctement. Sinon vous pouvez utiliser la messagerie google qui fonctionne tout aussi bien. En somme, un smartphone d'une grande qualité à prix bas par rapport au neuf. Je ne manquerai pas de refaire mes achat en reconditionné sur le site.

    Fantastic deal and quality phone. Was a much need upgrade from my ipohone 7, which this feels like a smartphone gone light speed! Couldn't tell it was refurbished as screen was great, phones great and the battery life is very good - got mine in "excellent condition" so can't comment on other grades 😀

    Mon fils n'a jamais voulu jusque là d'appareils reconditionnés, je lui ai proposé d'essayer et maintenant il adhère au principe. Il se retrouve avec un smartphone qu'il n'aurait jamais eu en achat neuf

    Un téléphone en parfait état, pour ma part il est neuf. L'envoi et la réception en 24h est incroyable. Je suis déjà une adepte du reconditionné même mes anciens samsung mais là j'ai voulu tester backmarket et ils sont incroyables et leurs prix défient toute la concurrence.

    It's honestly great! I was nervous about buying a refurbished product as I've never bought one before but it's perfect. No scratches, no issues with performance. Might as well be a new phone. Granted I bought one in Excellent condition but you actually get an excellent condition one. The delivery was quick, there were no issues. Best decision I made in a while.

    I bought a refurbished s23 ultra in good, and the phone is perfect, I really couldn't see any marks on it, but that wasn't an issue as I always use a case. But when the time comes I will buy from back market again.
