    I received my refurbished Galaxy S10e phone very quickly. The phone is in wonderful condition and working perfectly. All communications from Back Market were respectful, fun, friendly and informative. I'm very happy that I chose to buy from them.

    Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10+ Not only did it arrive bang on time but it was immaculate. One would never know it was refurbished. Works wonderfully, looks magnificent and I'm so happy with 'Back Market' I'm telling everyone to do the same. Thank you.

    Très satisfait de ce smartphone reconditionné, cependant, certaines fonctionnalités devraient pouvoir être désactivées et la "protection anti faux-contact" n'est vraiment pas adaptée ou trop sensible.

    Ce téléphone est très bien, il remplace le Samsung S8 acheter neuf au mois d'octobre et qui fonctionnait mal. Donc je recommanderai du matériel reconditionné. En revanche il est destiné à un marché international et ne reprend pas les mêmes fonctions que ceux à destination de la France notamment l'envoi d'accusé de réception des messages et la programmation en livres ou en pounds dans le programme de Samsung health. Ça aurait été bien de le mentionner. Sinon tout le reste fonctionne très bien.

    Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10. The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! Plus with having the 1 year warranty and the team at Back Market to assist with any issues is such a peace of mind.
