I am very satisfied with the purchase of my refurbished Samsung note 10 +. it was very well packaged, delivery was fast. the device looks like new! Back Market's customer service is excellent, quick to answer any questions I had.

After an unfortunate experience, resolved by the Back Market staff and a full refund, my second attempt was completely conclusive, smartphone in very good condition, which has been working very well for 1 month, reconditioned by Prestaphone.

Problem with first refurbished phone sent as SIM card reader not working. Very quick response to my complaint and return/replacement organised. Next phone sent was in good condition but not unlocked as described when purchased.

I have always been satisfied with backmarket on my last orders, but this time I was slightly disappointed by the reconditioning. In fact, in the settings menu, grey borders appear... When I switch the phone to landscape mode during a video, there is a slight crackling sound for 1 second... Nevertheless, the exterior looks good (as mentioned during the sale) and the phone works as expected.

I got my order about 2 weeks ago, (2 days before expected delivery date). And... I am in love with my new phone... this much that I am still using my old one as I am afraid to destroy it. Item is in excelent condition, shiny and has this little pen which stole my heart. I would definitelly recommended Back Market to anyone who was scared to get "refurbished phone". I was really anxious about buying used phone, but it turned out that it's pretty sweet deal!

Following a slightly late shipment, the phone should have arrived after the birthday of the person for whom it was intended, but I have the impression that the teams worked hard to ensure that it arrived on time and they succeeded!
