Samsung Galaxy A52 received in very good condition (and already fitted with a protective screen), as ordered. Packed with care and delivered on time. Nothing to complain about or add to the order. It's perfect! As for the phone, all that remains is to test the battery capacity over time...

I am very satisfied with my purchase, correct delivery, the phone is perfect for a reconditioned phone, my daughter is delighted.

I've only been using the Samsung Galaxy A52 for a fortnight and so far so good! Just a small problem during delivery, the deliveryman didn't call me and so the parcel was taken directly to a relay point.

Fast, efficient, in short, everything you'd expect from a service. Repackaging, unlike antibiotics, should be automatic! It's good for the planet and good for your wallet. So thank you.

I've had several bad experiences on different sites trying to get this laptop, the 1st one never arrived and the 2nd one bellowed as soon as I put it to charge. So I decided to try the refurbished version via this site and I'm very satisfied because this time the laptop works and everything is OK! It seems to have become a rare commodity these days to be able to get a laptop that works, so I'm obviously very pleased with this purchase.

The SAMSUNG I bought works very well and looks like new. I am very pleased with it. The only downside was that it didn't come with a needle to remove the frame from the SIM card. Luckily I had one. As for the charger, there was just the cable, not the plug. Luckily I had the one from my old phone.

Absolutely love Back Market. This is the second phone I've you from them (the first being a Samsung S20 Ultra) and like that this phone was in pristine condition, with only a slight blemish on the back betraying its used status. A 'C' grade phone? 'A-' more like. The only negative is that I'm still waiting for the simultaneously ordered case and screen protectors that are now 13 days overdue. Oh well. One star lost so four stars overall.

Galaxy A52 , a great smartphone I am very satisfied with the Galaxy A52. Condition like new. Even easier to use than my other smartphone. The brightness of the display is also very good, the touchscreen is more sensitive than I am used to. Battery has very long runtime. I've never experienced that with my 1 year old smartphone. Delivery was also very fast, even faster than expected. I would buy from Back Market again if I needed to.

Very satisfied with my Samsung A52. Delivered in 1 day! No problem configuring it! Perfect condition, not a single scratch on the screen! The battery seems to be holding! Very good value for money!
