First phone for my 12 year old son: it's exactly what we expected! the phone is clean and well cared for; it works correctly; for the moment the battery works well, but its life remains to be seen with time.... in any case we're very satisfied with the purchase and above all with the value for money. Hello, this is my third purchase from you. I had no problems with the first two. However, this latest purchase was not the same. There's still an Italian program in my memory that I can't delete (Start - red arrow symbol on white background). Another problem, which is more annoying, is that I can't connect to certain sites, sometimes displaying the message: "Your connection is not private" or "This site is inaccessible". For others, everything works fine... As I'm not a mobile phone addict in my daily life, I'm going to use it for my calls and texts, but overall I'm disappointed.

Reconditioned Samsung A5 2017 arrived within a few days of placing order. Phone in very good condition. Excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone looking to purchase a phone at a very reasonable price

Old programs and configurations remain in the memory in Spanish that are sometimes difficult to remove

Beug, beug, beug...! Great for just smartphone use, but as soon as you want to launch spotify or instagram (without asking too much of it, of course), it immediately beeps a lot. But at this price, you can't ask too much :)

I'm delighted with this Samsung Galaxy A5, which is still working very well after 5 1/2 years of use! The only downside is the quality of the photos, which are sometimes blurry. I'm having to change it just because Android 6.0.1 is no longer compatible with more and more applications :-( I've been very pleased with Back Market's quality of service, and I intend to buy my next phone from you. Thank you :-)

obviously there are several models of A5 2017 i didn't receive the one i wanted. too bad
