Hi , the phone I purchased a few weeks ago, isn't charging. I plug it in at night and it is only 50% charged the next morning.

very quick delivery I bought the phone in good condition, so I was expecting visual defects instead it is brand new so far so good, I am very satisfied with the purchase made

It's the second one I've bought here, the first one unfortunately didn't turn on any more and after taking it to the service centre I was told that the motherboard was burnt out and that I had to throw it away (it didn't even last three years and it's refurbished).

The phone is functional and as promised. Delivery was fast but UPS not good for a working person as the phone was delivered to my home without an agreed time window for delivery. Turning the package into the machine was a bit of a hassle.

Delivery earlier than expected I think. On the other hand, one of the 2 phones has a deep impact visible in the light on the back and which is likely to spread... the condition should have been a notch lower... on the second... nothing to complain about...
