So far, I’m loving my Galaxy A20e. I was a little skeptical buying refurbished (after being sorely disappointed a couple of times) and……was pleasantly surprised!! I would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone and everyone. Thank you Back Market…….great job. Order was dispatched in good time and delivered in the promised time frame. I’m happy.

Backmarket were fantastic with the price and phone as I’ve now used them twice. However, I couldn’t get to grips with the Samsung as I was moving from IPhone to Android. Have since sold the phone on but it was a great experience with Backmarket

A year ago, I went to get an A20e in a relay, like this year. I had to make 2 aborted attempts to deliver it by hand because I wasn't there. It's a shame that delivery can't be made directly to the relay. ( or I didn't manage it ) . Otherwise it went well.

This was the first time we'd bought a refurbished phone; it was bought for child going into Y7 as their first phone. Was very pleasantly surprised, the phone was described as "good" condition, but I am not sure why it was not described as "excellent", as there were no flaws, no visible scratches on screen or case - battery excellent. Price was extremely reasonable. We have gone on to use this site to order a refurbished lap top (not yet delivered) and are hoping it will be as satisfactory! Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Very happy customer

I bought the same phone as my old one, so everything's fine. The battery does not hold a charge very well (unfortunately you can't buy a new battery on this phone) and seems to be a little slower than the previous one, but I'm very satisfied with my purchase for the price and the reconditioning.

A little hesitant about the packaging, the smartphone was simply placed in a narrow space in the cardboard box. This did limit any bumps, but it wasn't wedged lengthways, which meant that it could move back and forth in the box when it was delivered... Aside from that, the phone arrived very quickly after ordering. The phone arrived very quickly after ordering. :)
