Pretty much beyond my e-abilities, but it has been gentle with me so far. Whether that continues as it becomes more and more frustrated with my limitations remains to be seen. In the meantime I continue to admire its flawless appearance and tactile seductiveness.

Easy ordering and great prices. Superpunctual delivery. Perfect phone, without any scratches, looks like new, although I had settled for 'good' condition as it was my spare phone. I am advertising because, even apart from the ecological discourse, it really is worth buying refurbished.

I received my refurbished Samsung galaxy a10 before the estimated delivery date and the phone is perfectly functional, I'm impressed by how good the battery life is, I'm able to obtain about 4 days of battery life out of the before it needs to be recharged, the face Recognition works well also, overall I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks James walker

Phone came well packed with a charging cable, screen condition was ok, just one scratch. The back was very marked, looked like wear from the type of cover it had been in, but it's going straight into another cover anyway. It's an old model so needed lots of software updates and it's a little laggy but doing the job. Not bad for the price and got my Dad out of trouble after sticking his previous one in the washing machine with his shirts!

Everything absolutely fine, nicely packed, good communication, device in good condition. Only point of improvement: the pin to open the SIM slide is not standard in the package.

For the start-up configuration alone, I end up with a 42% battery, a reconditioned battery at the end of its life...

Really good value and having bought from Back Market before I had no hesitation in doing so again. Great communications and speedy delivery. Thank you. Fewer emails pre delivery and afterwards seeking feedback when already submitted would be appreciated though.
