It's the first time I buy a reconditioned product, and although I had my doubts and fears... I can't be happier! I have observed the machine well, and it has no scratches or anything! If they told me it was new... I would believe it!

Very good but no instructions, no recipe book, it was a bit complicated to find out how to use it. It's a shame, we should think about reselling products with at least the instructions. Otherwise a very good reconditioned product

Well-packaged parcel, arrived on the advertised date. This is a birthday present for 31 December. We hope it works well but we did not try it before giving it. Our daughter knows it's reconditioned...

En ce qui concerne l'expédition, le robot était très bien protégé, ce qui a évité les désagréments qu'on peut parfois avoir. Le robot nous est donc arrivé dans un carton d'origine, avec tous les accessoires, et même le bouquin de recettes ! Tout était propre et comme neuf, honnêtement rien à redire, même après l'avoir utilisé un certain nombre de fois. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat :)

hello! the product is excellent, works perfectly, its also in excellent condition, it is good as new, 10/10 recommend. however this time (second purchase by me in your website), the shipping wasnt great. the carrier was chronopost and although i had a tracking link, it was the same as nothing. i couldnt know precisely when the item was going to arrive, i couldnt change date or leave a comment for them to leave to a neigbour etc. there is an option for that in the website but only for France. I tried contacting them and also couldn't. it took longer than expected and i missed the first delivery. i like back market, the concept and the products, but I would suggest improving the shipping process.

The appliance works very well. There's barely a scratch on the robot, but otherwise it's in very good condition. It's very powerful but, as a result, a little noisy. This is not a problem as the mixing time is short. The parcel was dispatched quickly and was well protected. No problems with delivery. Would recommend.

It's not bad! I haven't had time to try it out thoroughly yet, but it makes great ice creams and that's already great. The butternut velouté is killer too. I can't wait to discover its other capabilities.

I was very happy with the Thermomix, only the colour was supposed to be white and was a beige, which doesn't fit into my white kitchen at all, what a shame! The idea of the Back Market is great and the order and dispatch were also great.

It's a shame the food processor didn't come with instructions. I had quite a hard time opening the lid and had to buy a recipe book to start using the food processor. Otherwise, I'm slowly getting the hang of it.
