The screen initially arrived with a display error, but was immediately replaced with a defect-free item without any fuss. 👍

The delivery was super fast, I received the product in a matter of a few days. The screen was also fully protected, very well wrapped. I am happy with the price/quality ratio, thank you!

The box arrived opened and mended by DHL because the monitor was with the screen well protected, but loose inside the box, which did not withstand the demands of transport. Nevertheless, it arrived intact, very clean, and works properly even though it has more than 12000 hours of operation.

The purchase was amazing, huge bang for buck. The product was wrapped over and over giving it a snug fit in the box, however, the bottom of my monitor chipped off when i opened the box… this was probably due to delivery issues. i am disappointed because of that, paid more for very good condition but a piece missing from the bottom which seemed to have been cracked off was disappointing. other than that it was a good buy

Item delivered in good condition, but I'm a bit surprised by the lack of power cable... Was it an oversight or a pettiness?
