The colour was not as advertised (it's the one on the photo of the box but not the product) but you can't blame the seller, the "as new" condition was modest: the box had never been opened so the product is new!

Coffee maker in impeccable condition, almost no scratches, works perfectly well. There was just one part of the bodywork that had been incorrectly fitted and a clip had broken, but nothing too serious in the end. Great order tracking and all the information I needed was right there on the website. Thanks to the seller! For my first BackMarket experience, it was a faultless one.

The machine works very well, but one of the percolator activation lights doesn't work. Also, but this may be linked to the model, the espresso arm continues to lose water after use, which means that the small tray above it fills up quite quickly.

Sorry, I can't tell you about the coffee maker as it's a present I haven't given yet.

When we received the espresso machine, there was a lot of coffee everywhere, so it wasn't clean. We'll have to see when we use it if it works properly and if there were no problems.

Everything went very well, just one small problem: the machine was not cleaned and the measuring spoon for the ground coffee was missing... Maybe it was written in the description, I didn't pay attention. Otherwise very happy with my purchase via back market ;)

the appliance is not a capsule machine, as described in the title. Packaging was good. There were still remnants of coffee powder inside. The parcel was left 300 metres away without notification in the letterbox. We were always present at home. We gave it a try, but don't think we will again. The service for the problem with the parcel was very fast and successful. Perhaps you should be a little more careful when choosing a seller.
