Back Market is definitely the best option for getting a fully functional laptop at a great price. After a terrible experience with another company, Back Market was an absolutely amazing solution. Now I’m happy working on my powerful Dell Latitude!

Laptop is like new. I was worried as condition was "fair", but it is clean, spotless, no scratches or marks of any kind. Spec is even better than advertised, as it has a touchscreen. Excellent value for money, very happy with purchase.

Good laptop, seems well built with lots of port connectivity, and in very good condition. I'm guessing this was a business device originally. I'm disappointed that the QWERTY keyboard is not UK/Ireland layout because the @ sign is not in the usual place and the Enter button is much smaller than usual . It would have been helpful to have this specific keyboard info clearly stated for prospective purchasers. I wonder if I can get some replacement keys and swap them to the "correct" position.

Laptop was in even better condition than described and delivery was much faster than expected too. My expectations were very much exceeded. Will definitely be using BackMarket again.

Solid device; good graphics, perfect speed, battery lasts more than 10hrs on full charge but the power cable came with a defect. I guess the problem occurred along the delivery route

Lovely computer - in condition as promised. Windows 10 was pre-installed and I was able to update to Windows 11. One issue was with the keyboard. The keyboard had been changed on the computer from French to QWERTY English however the system language had not been changed. This meant that although the keyboard worked fine once logged in, passwords were still using the old keyboard layout (making it extremely difficult to login again having logged out). It took a while to find the system language setting and I had already installed Google Chrome, which remained stubbornly convinced that the language should be French. This problem took quite a while to sort out.

Device works as expected and is really solid. Good condition with a good battery life still left over.
