Delivered very quickly and in good condition, I'm fully satisfied with this Crosscall. Time will tell whether this brand is really robust, as I'm so clumsy that I quickly destroyed my previous smartphones from other brands.

The only comment was that the phone was sold without a charger or earphones. And (pleasantly) surprisingly, there was all that in the box! Knowing that, I wouldn't have bought these accessories at the same time. Otherwise everything's fine!

I'm usually happy with Backmarket's refurbished devices, but this one just isn't usable. Connection sharing doesn't work and the drop-down menu for accessing bluetooth activation, mobile data, etc. keeps closing when you open it.

For the moment very good product ... the battery seems fine. All in all a very good product. I would recommend this product even more as Crosscall themselves no longer sell it, the only phone to last 5 years and more and I'm not the careful type.

Perfect condition.. but in use, a lot of annoying little problems: random reception of text messages, the sender sends me several and I only receive one. It's really annoying. Some settings change on their own on the display (e.g. shortcuts in the bar such as Energy Saver, Lamp, etc.). I add them and after a while they're gone and I have to start all over again).

Device in the condition indicated. On the other hand, "reconditioned" means that it has been inspected, or even opened. In any case, after reconditioning, it should have been cleaned! The phone was really filthy. I can understand that when it's bought second-hand between individuals, but here we're talking about a company: it's unacceptable. Secondly, Back Marcket claims to work for the environment and sends you a phone and a tempered glass, ordered at the same time, in 2 different parcels... 2 days apart... Hm... Apart from that: CLEAR.

The phone arrived quickly and in very good condition. However, the functionality was complicated with an application that had to be systematically restarted/reinstalled each time it was used and the phone had a broken screen following a fall after a week, which was a shame for an unbreakable phone.

Phone in very average condition. Ok it's refurbished, I didn't expect it to be perfect but considering the number of impacts on it, it's already been through a lot. Also, reconditioning could have brought it up to date, updates hadn't been done since 2020.

Phone received on time, parcel in good condition and product well packaged/protected. Two downsides: the condition of the phone, sold as "perfect", should have been categorised as "very good" according to the back market specifications that I've just reread (the back cover shows traces of a glue-type product that won't come off). The other point is that the product was shipped 'off the ground' in terms of the reconditioned/eco-friendly concept: from Brive, then Bordeaux, then Leipzig in Germany, then Nantes to its destination in Brittany. What's that all about? Please check with your DHL service provider for more consistency!

Overall condition of the phone: a few scratches (normal for a second-hand phone). The speaker crackles even at low volume. Battery life is ridiculous (but that's also the case with this phone when it's new).
