Phone received on time, parcel in good condition and product well packaged/protected. Two downsides: the condition of the phone, sold as "perfect", should have been categorised as "very good" according to the back market specifications that I've just reread (the back cover shows traces of a glue-type product that won't come off). The other point is that the product was shipped 'off the ground' in terms of the reconditioned/eco-friendly concept: from Brive, then Bordeaux, then Leipzig in Germany, then Nantes to its destination in Brittany. What's that all about? Please check with your DHL service provider for more consistency!

Delivered very quickly and in good condition, I'm fully satisfied with this Crosscall. Time will tell whether this brand is really robust, as I'm so clumsy that I quickly destroyed my previous smartphones from other brands.

The only comment was that the phone was sold without a charger or earphones. And (pleasantly) surprisingly, there was all that in the box! Knowing that, I wouldn't have bought these accessories at the same time. Otherwise everything's fine!

The phone arrived in good condition, as requested. There were a few useless apps that I had to delete, but it doesn't matter! On the other hand, there was a small annoying detail: the tool to open the SIM card slot (a sort of small key...) wasn't supplied, and it was impossible to insert it without it... Fortunately, my partner also has a CrossCall, and it was thanks to him that I was able to use my phone. It's a real shame: I asked around in a shop, and the 'key' was selling for over £10, along with tools I didn't need... That's why I'm not saying it was excellent!

For the moment very good product ... the battery seems fine. All in all a very good product. I would recommend this product even more as Crosscall themselves no longer sell it, the only phone to last 5 years and more and I'm not the careful type.

Compliant. 👍 As a gift. I thought the Integrated system would be newer but that's me not knowing anything about it. Otherwise no problem! My partner didn't have a smartphone so it's always a step forward.

Perfect! Works like a charm. Good battery capacity. Excellent cameras. Smooth and fast, the quality is there. Small downside, the size of the phone rather bulky ... Fast delivery.

I received everything quickly. Portability went without a hitch. The only downside was that the transport company could no longer deliver to relay points. Phone received in good condition with very slight scratches on the screen. Nothing to complain about. It works very well.
