Shark IZ400EU Vacuum cleaner

Very well packaged when it arrived. The instructions are missing. Very easy to use. It's a very good hoover, powerful when it needs to be. Cleans very well. The battery recharges in just under an hour. The angled arm is very practical for vacuuming under furniture. The dustbin is large enough to collect the dust. I'm very happy with this purchase. I hope it keeps its promises over time.

The only flaw is that it says that the autonomy is one hour, but in reality it lasts much less. It consumes less when using the intelligent dust detection function, but sometimes that mode doesn't suck very well and you can see the dirt dragging around and maybe on the third pass it catches it.

Unfortunately, the hoover had a defect that occurred the first time it was used. It switched off automatically after a few seconds. Therefore, unfortunately, not usable. It's a bit of a shame that it wasn't properly tested beforehand. However, return despatch and refund went smoothly.

Perfect, received in its original packaging, everything works perfectly. Well done to you.
