Lifetime of the watch 1 year it went out and was never relit I'm extremely disappointed I had hoped it would last at least 2 years!

I was sent the wrong model, a 40mm model has arrived instead of the 44m model as ordered!

Great product, arrived on time. However (nothing to do with the product or the retailer) it was very complicated to connect it in E-sim to take full advantage of the 4G version without the phone. So I'm going to tell you the process I followed if it helps future buyers because the product is really perfect paired with my Samsung S20+. My smartphone is a Galaxy S20+ 5G unlocked from SOSH. First of all I followed the classic tutorial saying to update and go to the Samsung Wearable application > mobile package and follow the steps to subscribe. Except that before I got to the operator identification stage where I could subscribe, I got a big error message on a red background saying that it wasn't working, that I'd have to try again later or contact customer service (the operator). Don't panic, in the end it works out quite well. --> So I called Sosh who activated the VoLTE and VoWifi option on my line (4G call and wifi call in short), but it still didn't work. I contacted Sosh again and they arranged a telephone appointment with an Orange technician. The technician explained to me that this often happens and that it's down to the line. He simply had me reset my network settings/ turn off my phone (not the watch) and proceeded to update my line. He then proceeded to install the missing software on the SoSh line. I waited around 4-5 hours (in theory 24) for the update to take effect and the miracle was that I restarted Samsung Wearable and was able to connect to my Orange customer account and subscribe to the E-sim offer. Wait a few seconds while the watch is automatically set up and voila your Watch is autonomous. A little subtlety when you connect to Orange, if your number appears as +33 click on change account and write your number directly as 06 then type in your password. Otherwise, you will create a second account and the e-sim registration will not work. So there you have it, a really good connected watch that really makes the phone obsolete during sports sessions or even at home when you're doing DIY or whatever. The watch is very intuitive to use and you can expect up to 24 hours of battery life if you use it regularly. Having tested several watches, I think it's one of the best on the market for the Android range. And when paired with a Samsung phone, it's really easy to pair and operate.

Il faut bidouiller pas mal pour rendre la montre 4G compatible avec les opérateurs français, mais, une fois que l'on a trouvé la marche à suivre, ça marche parfaitement, merci ! :) (Renseignez-vous sur XDA Developpers avec le modèle exact de la montre, SM-R825F (disponible dans "A propos de la montre") dans mon cas, pour changer le CSC en XEF)
