I'm delighted to share my 5-star review for the refurbished Samsung Galaxy S9+ I received! The phone arrived in excellent condition, which is even more impressive considering it was rated "Good". Also, I only noticed a slight change in the colour tone, which doesn't affect its performance or functionality at all. The seller did a great job in ensuring that the phone was restored to a quality state, which has resulted in an exceptional product. The phone arrived well packaged and as described. It was for my wife. I charged it fully and transferred everything across from her old Samsung and everything seemed great. Next day she used it as a phone for the fist time. It didn’t work. On a normal call, it was as though the ear speaker and microphone were disconnected. Switching to “speaker mode - it was fine. Using a 3.5mm headset was fine.It just didn’t work in normal phone mode. I tried to contact Bach Market but had an unhelpful automated response. In the meantime my wife (who likes playing Spotify over external plug in speakers) had been using it. She then realised it was actually working properly after dirt had come out of the 3.5mm socket. It is still working and so we are persevering with it. Perhaps reconditioning should include cleaning the sockets- so I am now a bit wary about using Back Market products again.

Delivery on time and in very good condition. After a few days of use, I'm fully satisfied. The only downside is that the battery doesn't seem to be very sturdy. All the tests carried out and the parts changed for reconditioning should be included with the device.

First time buying a refurbished phone, I was a bit afraid to take the plunge but the site seemed very serious. Well, I'm not disappointed^^ The phone is top notch, it's really "like new" and works perfectly. The fact that it had a former life makes it even more valuable to me. I didn't need to contact customer service, but the fact that we were well supported by email following the purchase gives me the image of a very serious team that cares about quality of service. Phone is immaculate -looks brand new and now that its up and running I can say that everything's perfect. Phone arrived quickly, really well packaged, complete with a brand new charging lead and still with some of the protective film on. Really happy with yet another purchase from Back Market. Why anyone would buy brand new when refurbished/returned is such a massive saving and so much better for the environment to boot! Now if I could just get my wife to stop dropping her phone.......
