Ma première expérience sur Back Market et je suis très très satisfait. Ma PS est arrivée abîmée durant le transport et ne lisait pas les DVD. J'ai fait appel à l'assistance et tout a été réglé en moins de 2 semaines (A/R chez le reconditionneur compris). L'équipe back market m'a tenu au courant tous les jours de l'avancement de mon dossier. Suivi personnalisé, remplacement de la PS par une autre tout à fait fonctionnelle. Je suis vraiment très content par le produit et toute l'assistance de l'équipe. Et mention spéciale au conditionneur qui n'a pas discuté les défauts et a été très rapide. Es la primera vez que compramos en Black Market y teníamos nuestras dudas. Pero todo ha salido muy bien. La PS4 y el mando están en perfecto estado, tal como lo pedimos. Como nuevos! Pedimos entrega urgente y llegó incluso antes del día previsto de llegada. Estaba muy bien embalado y llegó en perfectas condiciones. J'ai souvent hésité tant tout est dit et son contraire sur Back Market. La richesse du site, l'attractivité, les frais de livraison très avantageux, ont permis de me lancer dans ma première commande. Et bien c'est une belle réussite. Le traitement, les informations, le suivi, l'expédition, méritent 5 étoiles. ma commande est arrivée super bien protégé et rapidement. Nous avons réceptionné en temps et heure la console dans l'état extérieur bon état. Nous avons pu la mettre en marche aisément. Cependant au bout de 10 jours un incident de chargement de la manette (livrée en solo) directement à la console nous a contraint à rechercher une autre solution pour allumer la PS. Livraison ultra rapide, ce qui est un plus lorsqu'on est impatient :) Le produit était relativement bien emballé (papier bulle et cartons). L'état général de la PS4 Pro est plutôt bon, il y a quelques traces d'usure, ce qui est normal pour du seconde main. Die Konsole kam schnell und wie beschrieben in einem hervorragenden Zustand (bzw. wie neu). Die paar Kratzer auf dem Gehäuse sieht man eh nicht. Einziges Manko ist leider der Speicher. Ausgeschrieben war unter "Speicher-Typ" eine SSD. Verbaut war eine 1000 GB HDD. Der Controller war schon etwas "in use" aber er funktioniert noch einwandfrei. :) Ansonsten kann ich mich nicht beschweren und bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Upgrade von der Slim auf die Pro.PlayStation 4 Pro 1000GB - BlackPurchased on the 4 December 2023
