Surface pro 4 received in 3 days between the order and reception.condition more than correct.keyboard supplied but no stylus.parcel secured.i am very satisfied. The only thing I would have appreciated before placing my order was to be sure that I was buying the stylus and keyboard, and that this was specified on the advert.

Delivered before the expected date of arrival, as described, I took it in good condition and there are only small traces of wear on the sides of the shelf, nothing to worry about. The keyboard is supplied with it, and is also in good condition. The battery has a capacity of 83%, which is correct for a refurbished product, it holds the charge about 5h-6h using it to write and search the internet. Would recommend!

Hello, 2 months after I received my surface pro tablet, it switched off and hasn't switched back on. I'm travelling for several months in Asia, and having asked a specialist shop, it seems that it's the motherboard that has died. What does the warranty cover in this case? Reçu ce matin, état conforme à la description. Ayant lu les commentaires je m'étais renseigné sur la présence du clavier et le vendeur au tel m'a expliqué que s'il n'est pas dans la description, il ne serait pas dans la commande. En réalité, la surface pro 4 la été expédiée avec son clavier.

I ordered a tablet that doubles as a computer (Microsoft surface pro), when I opened the box I saw that the tablet was all scratched, whereas the description said it was in perfect condition and I took a QWERTY keyboard except that I found it with a QWERTY keyboard, I didn't dwell on that, knowing that I was just going to use it for my studies. When I switched it on I discovered a nice surprise, the tablet already had an email address, but it was impossible to connect to the tablet. I'm very disappointed with my purchase and am thinking of returning the product.

Super ordinateur arrivés très bien emballé et très rapidement. Je l’ai acheté en “Bon état” et je ne vois aucune rayure, il est très fluide pour un ordinateur qui date de 2015. La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande!
