The rating refers only to the seller and not to BackMarket itself. First of all, a long delivery time was given, which was not met. There was no update on the tracking for a long time. Then, at the end of July, a parcel arrived containing a keyboard that was actually intended for another customer, and it was not until the beginning of August that the goods arrived that were assigned to the tracking, which was something other than my actual order, namely a Surface Pro 4 instead of the Surface Pro 3 I had ordered. At least BackMarket was ultimately able to issue me with a return note for both products so that I could send the goods back, and the refund also went through quite quickly after the return arrived. That was the only good thing about this purchase, that all the problems could be solved, but I cannot recommend this seller.
