Better than what I was expecting, the device is basically new , only 33 cycles of charging , clean screen, everything neat, no issues with absolutely anything , original charger, 91% battery life and all the components as displayed on the market. Definetly worth it i’m really impressed by this. It only had a small dent on the back but is literally not noticeable. Fast delivery as well. Excellent service

Bought a Surface Laptop 4 for my wife's business as I wanted her to have a premium Windows laptop but didn't want her to pay premium prices. I explained to her that it would be used so suggested I would use it if she wasn't happy. When the device was delivered a day early, I was keen to see how many blemishes the 'Excellent' condition device would have. NONE! If it weren't for the packaging, I would not have thought it was a used device. No marks, no blemishes, everything worked and the experience was like unboxing a new device. Very happy wife, so I am happy. Would have no hesitation in using Back Market again and always have their guarantee in place if I did.

The device is very good. However, there are two buttons on the keyboard that are badly damaged. I think it would have been a good idea to indicate this. The order was impeccable, delivery was fast, and the computer was very clean and reset.

I bought a computer which, according to the description, is 15" diagonal. In reality it is 13". I made a complaint, which was taken into account, but I haven't heard anything for 5 days. My 1st experience with backmarket was disappointing. I don't think I would recommend this merchant to anyone.

When i received the Laptop it was in spanish, so I had to redownload windows, besides that it works great

I was positively surprised by the speed of delivery, and the excellent condition of the laptop, inside the original box with the plastic wrapping intact. Inside the packaging, everything looks first-hand. The laptop is working, super ok!

After spending quite some time transferring data and loading software the laptop suddenly shut off, not shut down, it just went dark..... Not sleep mode, not screen off, just off..... It had been plugged in the day before when it arrived and was not only fully charged but was also plugged in to the charger.... I spent some time trying to get it running again but to no avail. Sent an email to the address on the yellow card that came in the box., no reply yet. So I left it for quite some time to let it settle.... After a good few more attempts to get it to start it was still not working. In the bad old days I would have removed the battery for a minute or two then refitted it and started over, so instead I held the power button for quite a while longer than usual. a lot longer. Then waited a minute or two and tried a normal start and would you believe it..... the blessed thing started.. It has behaved ever since , otherwise it would have been sent back for a refund. Please try to reply to customer emails! It's still not the model ordered by the way, it's a Surface 3 not a 4, so what are you going to do about that?
