2.6/5Esperienza da incubo con il rivenditore "exact solution electronics"... Il primo Mac è arrivato ammaccato pesantemente (la scocca di chiusura posteriore del case era piegata al punto da essere rialzata in un angolo) e con dei pixel morti. Mi è stato quindi inviato un Mac sostitutivo, che però, oltre a non essere il modello che avevo ordinato (mi hanno mandato un Mac più vecchio), aveva pure la batteria fritta... Morale della favola: quasi 3 settimane senza computer, ritardi sulla consegna di alcuni lavori che dovevo ultimare (per fortuna mi è stato prestato un vecchio computer, altrimenti sarebbe stato un vero disastro) e un rimborso finale dopo settimane di attesa inutile. Ho dovuto provvedere a fare un nuovo ordine, da un altro rivenditore chiaramente. Evitate i computer in "buono" stato, altrimenti rischiate che vi rifilino gli scarti. P.s.: assistenza tutto sommato funzionale. Mi hanno rimborsato e fatto un buono del 5% per il disturbo.
