MacBook Pro Retina 13' from 2015, my first purchase here on Back Market. I can safely say that the experience was positive. When I opened the package, I was impressed by the aesthetic condition of the computer: it's practically as good as new! There are no scratches or obvious signs of wear, which is definitely a plus point. From a performance point of view, the MacBook works great. I am only at the beginning of my use, but the responsiveness and fluidity of the system impressed me. It will be interesting to see how it performs in the long run, but for now I am very satisfied. Another aspect I appreciated was the care taken with the packaging: the product arrived well protected. In addition, I found the company's support very useful, which included a file saved on the desktop with directions on how to set up the computer. It is a small detail that makes a difference and shows the professionalism of the service. As for the battery, I chose the model with the original battery even though, in hindsight, I would have opted for a new battery to be even more reassured about the autonomy over time. I received my product as quickly as advertised, the computer has worked well since I received it, I think... the sound immediately seemed a bit tinny, and within a few days the right speaker began to scratch, it seems to heat up a bit more than I remember with my previous one of the same model, but I'm not an expert and it may be a subjective perception... the replacement of the speakers is not a major repair... so overall, considering that it's a used computer, I'd say good...

The PC purchased in excellent mode arrived carefully packaged. Once opened I was invaded by a strong smell of dye, it presents itself with some superficial scratches almost imperceptible, but the real problem was a keyboard key mounted completely wrong as it was crooked and unstable. It's a pity because in itself the pc is fine, it's just a pity that having bought it reconditioned in excellent mode, the key problem could have been handled better. Overall Good.
