Line 6 Relay G10 Audio accessories

The product is not working properly. The mini USB plug that supplies power to the receiver/charger is not engaged and the power supply is constantly interrupted. The transmitter plugged into the guitar does not seem to hold the charge and disconnects from the receiver after 3 to 4 minutes of playing. Although it was fully charged (solid green LED), it flashes red after about 10 minutes and the red halo on the receiver confirms that there are less than 30 minutes of charge left (according to the instructions). In short, this product is not in working order at all.
