positive point the product is new at first glance nice screen and for office use more games not greedy like minecraft can do unfortunately there is only 8 g ram so 4 soldered I intend to replace them by 2x8 g. negative point autonomy is ridiculous barely 4 h watching videos despite they are new and sound is bad I think it comes from the product itself and not the refurbisher but I'm not sure in short good value for money despite everything.

Frankly, performance-wise it's very good, nothing could be better, but on the other hand, I was hoping for a much better battery for a 2021 PC. A battery that lasts 3 hours max is very disappointing! Another problem is the network card, which disconnects every 3-4 days.

Bought "as new", I have nothing to complain about, first purchase on BackMarket and I'm super happy! PC received quickly (paid on Friday, received on Wednesday). Note for this PC: I find the colours a bit dull and you can't see the screen too well when there's too much light on it (it's not the refurbisher's fault, is it!). In short, I recommend it!

Machine in perfect condition, with Win10 Pro, fast and silent. Great for advanced office use, excellent value for money.
