Same as everyone else on here - laptop was "delivered" to the wrong address. Awful customer service and slow response time from back market. I'm still waiting to hear back from them and my laptop which I had spent months saving up for is nowhere to be seen! Scam supplier! Not adequate suppport from back market either. Disapointed
