After two months of use, I am very happy with my purchase. The product arrived in perfect condition and was delivered on time. If I have to point out anything negative, I would only say that the packaging of the product could be improved. It arrived in a brown cardboard box with no logos or markings. I would say that the quality of the packaging did not match the quality of the equipment. Otherwise, all very positive. I will buy from Back Market again.

The laptop was bought with a Spanish keyboard and looked excellent, however the keyboard was German with stickers, which is not synonymous with a Spanish keyboard, as the stickers, in addition to their "shoddy" appearance, prevent a proper backlighting. The screen was full of scratches and picks, it is clear that the touchscreen was used. And later I realised that the laptop was handled and assembled in a bad way, with the case clicks broken and the case buckled. For all these reasons the rating of excellent (after the dispute changed to very good) is far from the reality. However, Backmarket reacted well and the problem was fixed with a partial refund. Still, I feel that the suppliers have to be more meticulous with the description as this is detrimental to all of us, both to backmarket and to me as a customer.

The computer seems to be working well at the moment, it is too early to make a good assessment. The Lenovo drivers have not been active so the hdmi output did not work, could not connect to any screen, did not recognise the graphics card. This would have to come well installed because if you have no idea or someone to help you you're wasting time in unnecessary shipments if the work is done well from the beginning. In theory the condition was excellent, I would put excellent in inverted commas....

The characteristics of the purchased product do not correspond to those of the received equipment in almost every parameter and condition. I contact the company and they do not give me any solution telling me that they do not have the equipment I bought and that they can only tell me to return it and in a week I will get my money back. Regrettable service, regrettable attention, without solutions and with misleading advertising... I had already bought 2 computers with Back Market and without any problems but now I will consider buying again...
