Unfortunately, the sale of the Huawei P20 lite didn't go so well this time because the parcel didn't reach the buyer according to the Dpd app. I can't say whether this is really the case. I bought a Huawei P30 lite New Edition 128GB about 6 months ago. The first time, the screen came off within three months (no shock, water, modification, or anything else). I made a return which led to a refund. Thinking it was just bad luck, I took the same model back to another refurbisher. This time, the screen came off within a month and a half. So I sent it back to the refurbisher who replaced it (still the same model). Unfortunately, just one month later, the same problem occurred: the screen came off again (three phones, same model, same problem). I took the advice of a Back Market (SAVE) affiliated repairer, and being new to refurbished, I learned that refurbished parts are not official, they are only "compatible". So I find myself with a phone, screen completely detached (remember: no shock, no contact with liquid, no modification, protected by a Rhinoshield shell and protective glass) and a "nice" message from the Back Market service telling me that the refurbisher has just excluded my phone from the warranty (for human mishandling). The repair costs €100. This extra cost, added to the price of the phone, corresponds to the purchase of another model of similar performance, but new. To sum up, the Back Market service was incompetent when it came to dealing with all my problems, and the refurbishers were incapable of providing a service worthy of the name. I had opted for reconditioned products because they were more environmentally friendly, but now that I've tried them, I can't recommend them at all. What's more, given the number of return journeys and the time spent dealing with customer service, I'm not even sure it's environmentally friendly. Otherwise, the packaging is fine, and the phone is more or less as described. So don't bother if you're interested in this model of phone (unless you like problems). Buying new may not be environmentally friendly, but it comes with a 2-year warranty and no unofficial parts (normally).
