it wasn't bad but the charging port was a bit lose causing troubles charging but that doesn't matter now as I have dropped this phone more times than I can remember this reivew comes in about 1 year and a bit from purchase

Téléphone reçu dans les temps et livreur au top! Par contre déçue de l’emballage qui est « censé » protéger le téléphone. Quand j’ai ouvert le colis, à ma grande surprise le téléphone était juste dans un « étui » en carton très fin alors que mes précédentes commandes téléphone dans une boîte puis dans un emballement de livraison. Par chance il est arrivé intact ! Déçue de l’emballage 🙁

This phone was exceptional value. It was in incredible condition and has not skipped a beat. Only upgrading from it now as I need to be a minimum Android 11 for my new job. BTW, I'll only be buying another phone from BackMarket as (a) I don't buy new phones anymore and (b) I've been ripped off buy used phones elsewhere and (c) they are excellent value.

Je trouve un peu mesquin que le smartphone ait été livré avec un câble mais sans le boîtier de transfo. Pour le reste : tout OK.
