So far so good, I got this laptop for only music production, and honestly it’s a great upgrade from what I had prior. Life saver deal also!

Battery health below standards. Laptop hangs randomly after light use requiring full restart. Keyboard backlight not properly illuminated due to the keys being pasted with letter stickers. Expected better product delivery after first order was also not satisfactory. Requested refund and still waiting for it. Simply a waste of time.

Very fast delivery (2 days). Perfect condition, I would have even put "as new" as I couldn't find a single scratch or defect. No start-up problems and I've been using it for 2 weeks without the slightest problem. The keyboard works well and has good backlighting. I would definitely recommend this refurbisher for its reliability and the quality of the product sold.

Very good. After that I don't have a very complicated user interface. On the other hand, the camera has been removed if I see correctly. So I had to buy an external webcam. And the charger plug has a bad contact. But the Sav was very responsive and I'm waiting for a charger.

nickel, well reconditioned and efficient. I just have the impression that the fan doesn't work because it heats up and I can't hear it or feel the wind when I lift it, to be seen with prolonged use.

The ordering process went really well, and it’s in great condition – I loved it… We’ll have to wait a while to see how the battery holds up, but to be honest, I thought it was a really good buy!

Opinion after 1 month of almost daily use: for a refurbished PC, it's OK and suits me. Very good condition with no visible scratches. The only two faults I noticed: - the pc arrived with a coating over the keyboard keys, which makes it impossible to tell whether the shift key has the shift function activated or not - when writing, certain keys on the keyboard systematically enter the letter twice, even when they are only pressed once. This fault occurs randomly, so it's not always the same keys that are affected.
