Computer found to be of excellent quality, everything is functional. One small downside, there is no Bluetooth. But I'm very satisfied with my product! For delivery, always problems, the deliveryman did not come to my house while I was all day and more contactable on my phone. He left the parcel at a relay point even though I had requested home delivery, and I couldn't go and pick it up.

The item arrived on time, but extremely badly (not very) packed. I don't know if it's to do with transport or not, but it turns out that the computer is not stable. The glides are there, but the computer remains unbalanced and bumps systematically on my desk when I use the keyboard, which is very unpleasant to use. What's more, the refurbisher didn't have the right charger, so he sent me another charger with a small adapter cable that keeps detaching from the main cable, which, as well as being impractical, is also very easy to lose. I'm not happy with the computer settings either. This is the fourth order I've made on backmarket (two phones + two pcs) and this time I'm really not satisfied with my purchase. I DO NOT recommend this seller.

Bonjour, J'ai commandé un appareil en "parfait état", cependant le produit réceptionné ce jour présente de nombreuses rayures visibles à largement plus de 20 cm....de plus je vois dans la fenêtre ci contre que le produit envoyé est en condition "très bon état" . Je n'ai donc pas reçu le bon produit? Ou alors j'ai payé trop cher pour le produit reçu?... C'est la première fois que je suis déçu d'un achat sur votre site... J'attends un geste de votre part. Delivery on time. Computer as requested and everything works fine. A little more scratches on the shell than I expected for a product in very good condition.

After 3 uses, we had to reinitialise the PC, which had crashed (screen frozen, nothing worked, despite several reboots). If this problem recurs, it will be returned to the after-sales service!
