The actual working of the Chromebook is perfect and it even has pretty good battery life. That was impressive. Less so was the condition of the outside, particularly underneath, given that I had ordered one that is rated Excellent - the scratches and scuffs underneath were still evident through the large silver sticker that had been applied to cover them. Never mind, this is for me, it's not a gift, so I can live with marks underneath - the lid and the screen are fine. Again, though there was a certain element of breakfast in the keyboard. As a tech on a Service Desk myself, we do make sure that this is completely gone before handing out kit. A quick shake upside down and some compressed air will usually do the trick. Overall, very happy, but I wouldn't have sent this out under the "Excellent" banner.
