HP 255 G8 15-inch (2021) - Ryzen 3 - 5000 Series (U) - 8GB - SSD 256 GB AZERTY - French

I'm happy with my HP but there's a problem with the keys. The @ is written on the 0 key when you have to press the 2 key with alt to get it. the 1+ altgr=(|) the apostrophe (') is written on the (?) but is on the (4) the(,) on suppr is a (.) 6+altgr=(^). key 6 = §. 8 =(!) 9 + altgr=({) 0 + altgr=( }) µ+pause=£ (^¨)+altgr=([) . That's it. If you have a solution for me. my installer tried but could not do anything, because the other keys are good. thank you in advance.
