Great service..device received in real new condition..within a few days..unfortunately this runs on an old version of Android, so not all apps are compatible....

It's been 3 years now since I bought an Honor 8 on BackMarket (so a 2016 model bought in 2020), and I'm very happy with this purchase! It's starting to get tired but that's just the "natural" wear and tear of the phone due to the operating system becoming obsolete and the battery only lasting about 10 hours even with light use... But nothing to do with the BM refurbishment which gave me a phone in perfect working order when I bought it. I bought it for a very good price at the time and had no difficulty in the various steps until I received it. The phone was as described ("fair condition" with some scratches on the edges) so no nasty surprises. The only problem was that BM had sent a charger with the phone which turned out to be faulty, I had obtained a refund of 15€ for compensation but I believe that this was never paid... Apart from this the phone itself was top notch!

I bought a model identical to the one I have as mine sometimes shows signs of weakness. In fact, not the same product. A bit disappointed.
