I was sent the wrong device. The graphics card was a much lower spec one than advertised. I was offered a pitiful refund which didn’t even come close to matching the amount I could pay for a brand new one of the same spec. I instead opted for a full refund that I am still waiting for. The item condition was great on delivery but just not right.
