Very bad experience with Back Market. I'm not one to give my opinion and I'm generally an easy customer, but here the product and the customer service were more than deplorable. I bought my first coffee maker in 2021 but it didn't work at all in 2022, just after the warranty expired. I was offered an exchange with a similar coffee maker (for 45 euros anyway) which STILL didn't work a year later and I was told that the guarantee was only for 3 months so there was nothing they could do for me (apart from give me 5% on a future sale, lol). 2 products thrown in the bin in less than 2 years, reconditioning is really perfect for the planet. I'll never buy from Back Market again and especially NEVER from EUROPLATINIUM SARL who are clearly selling rubbish.
