I think on the whole it’s good value for money. There are minimal marks and works as expected. I just expected ‘refurbished’ to at least mean that the item would be somewhat clean. It was covered in old coffee and I had to deep clean every inch of the machine. I would have cleaned it either way, but I was taken aback but just how dirty it was.

Really pleased with the condition of the coffee machine. However a lot of the key parts were missing like the milk jug, manual, razor, water filter etc. I have been speaking to customer services for 2 weeks now and it’s still not resolved as they are not willing to send or explain why these were not included. With each purchase you pay a Backmarket fee of £7 for the customer service but it is slow and they do not reply to everything. These listings should say what is and what isn’t included with the machine. Without mentioning what’s not included I assume it all is and it’s false advertising. Very disappointing
