received promptly. in original packaging. looks like new but, sorry, Santa hasn't come yet! so I'm waiting a bit to put the max on. 26 December: the machine, like new, was installed and tested. The machine heats up quickly. The coffee is good (as it should be, it's good coffee!), it's very hot and creamy. what a good coffee! I tried the steam function: no problem, but then you have to let the machine cool down before making coffee again. A red light warns you, but after 20 minutes, it's still on! that's not a problem for me, as I rarely use this function. to conclude: a machine that makes good coffee at an affordable price; this type of machine has become much more expensive recently (as have many other things!).

Excellent quality, just like new, customer service to match the quality, 100% recommendable, I will buy again 😜.

An entry-level machine, made mainly of plastic, which makes a decent cup of coffee, but we're not talking about the Krups machines of yesteryear. Switching between steam and coffee mode can take a while (5-10 mins).

Very good purchase. Small occasional water leak which I don't know if it's normal, but the price + delivery time = perfect.

THE PRODUCT IS VISUALLY VERY GOOD; AFTER ALL, IT HASN'T BEEN TESTED YET AS IT'S A CHRISTMAS PRESENT; REMAINS TO BE SEEN, BUT THERE'S NO REASON WHY IT SHOULDN'T BE.

Mit der Kaffeemaschine bin ich absolut zufrieden, habe sie in der Qualität "sehr gut" gekauft, sie kommt mir aber "wie neu" vor. Einzig die ständigen Spammails von Backmarket stören, sie können auch nicht abbestellt werden.
